Our service for a typical snow storm would start with an initial pass on the driveway overnight to allow you to leave in the morning should it be required. Then when the storm had ended we would return to complete the drive a 2nd time as well as to shovel any walks that were included in the contract. If the City of Ottawa has not plowed your street prior to our 2nd visit, we will return a 3rd time to clean up the snow left after the street is plowed.
